† 1994 – 1996 : Served as Pastor to a mission in Warren, Michigan. Served for two years and lead the mission in strong growth to constitution of Hmong American Baptist Church.

† 1997 – Present : Pastor for his hometown church, Hmong First Baptist Church, after Pastor Nengmay has retired. Since 1998, the church has grown from 100 members to 350 members.
